Scott Burns is a video game voice actor, best known for his voice work as Bowser in more recent Mario games, as well as Halo, Halo 2, and Halo 3 as the captain. He does the voice of Beltino Toad in Star Fox: Assault.

Scott Burns is a trained actor of improvisation, voice and on camera. Instructors include Gary Austin, founder of the LA Improv group The Groundlings," Dramatic Arts Instructor Carol Fox Prescott, famed television commercial actor Squire Fridell, Seattle casting director Jodi Rothfield, and Hollywood character voice actor Pat Fraley.Scott also teaches voice technique to students interested in entering the field of voice over in a class sponsored by Barbara Rey, director of Creative Talent Development.
